Shipping
Orders ship from Costa Rica.
United States — US$25. Regular Costa Rica postal shipping to the U.S. is currently unavailable. Orders travel with a private carrier departing once a month. Please allow around six weeks for delivery; departure dates, customs and transit delays may affect timing.
Costa Rica and all other supported destinations — US$10 flat-rate shipping. Standard international delivery is estimated at 2–6 weeks; postal or customs delays may extend this. Free shipping is not offered, regardless of order value.
We currently do not ship to Canada or Israel. Other destination restrictions apply; available countries are shown at checkout.
Express shipping may be arranged at an additional cost. Contact us with your country and postal code for a quote before ordering. Import duties or customs charges, where applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns & exchanges
At our store, we take pride in providing high-quality products that meet our customers' needs. We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged. We encourage our customers to carefully review the product description before making a purchase to ensure that they receive exactly what they are looking for. However, if the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we'll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
